A little bit about me..
More than a decade ago, a single yoga class quietly changed the course of my life. What began as something physical gradually became something far deeper. It became a practice of presence, self-inquiry, and mindful awareness that now shapes how I relate to my breath, thoughts, and daily experiences. It became less about what I do on the mat and more about how I carry that awareness into life.
What I love most is sharing that journey with others. I'm passionate about creating a space where people can genuinely reconnect with themselves. Exploring their practice with honesty and compassion, and discovering that yoga is far more than movement.
In 2020, I completed my first Hatha yoga teacher training, followed by a 300-hour training in Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa at the end of 2024. But the learning hasn't stopped there. I continue to grow through my own practice, through the teachers I study with and, just as importantly, through the students I have the privilege of teaching.
My teaching is rooted in the ancient traditions of yoga, weaving together mindful movement, breath, and awareness to support both strength and inner balance. If you feel ready to begin or deepen your own journey, I would love to welcome you to the mat.
